This division is in charge of the overall financial management of the water district. This includes the preparation of the annual budget and the proper disbursement of funds according to the same budget. Water rates and other fees are determined and proposed to the proper authorities for approval from this division.

This division is also in charge of Customer Accounts Management, which includes meter reading, billing, and collection of water bills. Customer Service falls under this due to the records of customer accounts maintained in this division.
