This office is tasked with the overall management of all activities and operations of the water district under the policy guidance of the Board of Directors.

It is tasked with the conceptualization and execution of the district’s goals and projects as well as the implementation of all resolutions and ordinances adopted by the Board.

Appointments facilitated by the Administrative & General Services Division are issued under this office.​​​​​​​

Mr. Frando Regino is the currently appointed General Manager effective December 1, 2015.
