Strategic Objectives

The following are the strategic objectives of the water district:

Customer Satisfaction – Ensure customer satisfaction through high customer service standards by means of delivering the best and immediate response of reliable and committed personnel to customers by providing proper training to employees and development and improvement of customer satisfaction policies and standards.

Potable Water – Delivering potable water to customers with no interruptions via receptive water service and proper use of resources to ensure cost-effective rates at a fair and reasonable level for the customers.

Service Excellence – Develop, improve and implement policies and standards inside the organization to bring out the highest degree of excellence of each employee to be efficient and effective in performing their duties and responsibilities.

Water Service Facilities and Operations Development –  Ensure the constant development of water service facilities and operations for the sufficient treatment delivery of water to the service area.

Utilization of Technologies – Development and utilization of technologies and facilities for continuous improvement of water service to customers.
