Adjustment for May Billing Period

The water district has already commenced with meter reading for the May billing period to determine the actual water consumption of each consumer/service connection.

The previously averaged water bill received during the April billing will now be adjusted to correct any under or over payment that was made during the previous bill.

The posted Penalty on your bill is system-generated and can be ignored as it is not going to be applied due to the Bayanihan Heal as One Act.

Service Advisory

All water district concessionaires are hereby informed that due to the low power/voltage being supplied by Meralco since this morning (April 25, 2020), all MWD pumping stations are operating via generator set.

Due to this issue, low pressure or service interruptions can be expected in the service areas of Maragondon Water District.

This has already been reported to Meralco and we are currently waiting for their assistance. Rest assured that we are currently looking for ways to improve the service in spite of this limitation.
