Service Advisory – Garita (March 15-18, 2022)
MWD Office Closure (January 10-17, 2022)
In compliance with health protocols and for the safety of MWD customers and personnel, the water district was closed at around 10:30 AM today (Friday), January 7, 2022. As per advice, the water district is further closed from January 10, 2022 (Monday) to January 17, 2022 (Monday).
Office operations will resume on January 18, Tuesday. Rest assured that water service will not be affected by this shut down.
All penalties for January will be commuted.

Para sa lahat ng mga customer ng water district:
Alinsunod sa mga patakaran ukol sa COVID 19 at para sa kapakanan ng mga customer at empleyado ng water district, ang aming opisina ay nagsara kaninang umaga ng 10:30, Enero 7, 2022 (Biyernes). Para sa kaligtasan ng lahat ay sarado ang aming opisina mula Enero 10, 2022 (Lunes) hanggang Enero 17, 2022 (Lunes).
Ang water district ay muling magbubukas sa Enero 18, 2022 (Martes). Ang inyong serbisyo ng tubig ay hindi apektado sa pagsara ng opisina.
Ang penalty sa mga bill sa buwan ng Enero ay hindi sisingilin sa inyong pagbayad dahil sa pagsasarang ito.
Para sa mga report ng leak at iba pang problema sa serbisyo ng tubig, maari kayong tumawag sa 0917-5289190.

MWD Office Hours Update
MWD customers are hereby informed that the new office hours of the water district effective October 1, 2021 will be as follows:
MONDAY – FRIDAY: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
The new schedule will also accommodate a cleaning and disinfection schedule for the MWD premises once a week.
Resumption of Penalties and Disconnections
The water district shall be resuming the implementation of penalties and disconnections effective payment month of October 2021.
Customers with more than three months arrears will be given disconnection notices. Any customer account with one-month arrears following the resumption of this policy will again receive disconnection notices.
Extension of MECQ
Due to the extension of the Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) in the province of Cavite, the water district shall be postponing the implementation of penalties and disconnections for August 2021.
Payment hours for the water district shall remain at 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM until August 31, 2021.

Office Hours for MECQ
The water district will be open during the Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ), with payments accepted on the following dates and times:
August 9 – 11, 13, 2021 (Monday – Wednesday, Friday) – 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
The water district will be closed on Thursday, August 12, due to the 2nd dose vaccination schedule of MWD employees.
Due to the MECQ, penalties will not be imposed on late payments.
Employee Vaccination Schedule
To ensure the safety of both customers and water district employees alike, the water district will be closed on Thursday, July 15, 2021 for the vaccination of MWD employees.
The MWD office will resume operations on Friday, July 16, 2021.
Service Advisory – Typhoon Dante
Concessionaires of Maragondon Water District are advised that due to Typhoon Dante, the Province of Cavite is under storm signal #2 and this may result in power interruptions that would cause the interruption of water supply.
All customers are advised to save water in preparation of any possible water service interruption while Typhoon Dante affects Cavite.

Flushing of Distribution Lines
The water district will be conducting the flushing of distribution lines on Monday, May 31, 2021 from 8:00 PM – 12:00 MN.
Customers are advised not to turn on their faucets at this time due to the discoloration as a result of the flushing of the main line.
