MWD pumping stations are already experiencing a drop in water levels due to the current dry season.

All water district customers are advised to save/store water to ensure a clean water supply this season, especially during the coming Holy Week.

Customers may also expect low pressure/supply or loss of water on April 4 (Tuesday) due to scheduled maintenance by Meralco.

Concessionaires of Maragondon Water District are advised that due to Typhoon Dante, the Province of Cavite is under storm signal #2 and this may result in power interruptions that would cause the interruption of water supply.

All customers are advised to save water in preparation of any possible water service interruption while Typhoon Dante affects Cavite.

The water district will be conducting the flushing of distribution lines on Monday, May 31, 2021 from 8:00 PM – 12:00 MN.

Customers are advised not to turn on their faucets at this time due to the discoloration as a result of the flushing of the main line.

All water district concessionaires are hereby informed that due to the low power/voltage being supplied by Meralco since this morning (April 25, 2020), all MWD pumping stations are operating via generator set.

Due to this issue, low pressure or service interruptions can be expected in the service areas of Maragondon Water District.

This has already been reported to Meralco and we are currently waiting for their assistance. Rest assured that we are currently looking for ways to improve the service in spite of this limitation.
