To avail of data via the Freedom of Information Bill, interested parties can request data via the following methods:
via the MWD Website:
- Log on to the website’s FOI page
- Lodge the request via download of request form to be filled up, for emailing to padcs.mwd@gmail.com
- Wait for notification from MWD within 15 days
via Standard Request:
- Fill out the request form and attach one valid ID
- Submit the form and other necessary documents to the MWD Office or via email to padcs.mwd@gmail.com
- Wait for notification from MWD within 15 days
via eFOI portal: (Pending)
- Click on the FOI logo on the MWD Website
- Lodge a request through the eFOI portal
- Wait for notification from MWD within 15 days
